Mechanics:

1. The promo period is from August 1 to September 30, 2024.
2. This e- raffle promo is open to all Cebuana Lhuillier Micro Savings Account and Cebuana Savings Account Holders. To qualify for the e-raffle, participants must also be a Cebuana Lhuillier Ipon Box holder and have transacted at least 1 applicable transaction during the promo period.
3. Ipon Box holders will receive an e-raffle entry based on their equivalent qualifications and transactions processed in-branch at any Cebuana Lhuillier branch nationwide.

4. The e-raffle entry will automatically appear in the Cebuana Lhuillier member’s 24k loyalty program online account at the end of every month upon completion of applicable transactions within the promo period
5. The deadline for transacting to earn raffle tickets is until September 30, 2024 (11:59PM).
6. The raffle draw will be held at PJL Corporate Centre, 1782 Nicanor Garcia corner Candelaria Streets, Makati City via video conference, witnessed and attended by representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and P.J. Lhuillier Inc. Raffle promo period and draw schedule are as follows:

7. PJ Lhuillier Inc and Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank will perform a validation of customers’ account balances, deposits, and withdrawals during the promotional period to ensure there is no evidence of irregular transactions or fraudulent behavior. Only accounts verified by PJ Lhuillier Inc and Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank will be qualified to win the prize.

9. Taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank
10. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for nor redeemed as cash or other items.
11. Winners shall be notified via SMS, registered mail or through their 24k Loyalty Rewards Online Account. Winners will also be announced through the official Facebook Account pages of the Cebuana Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier 24k Rewards Program and Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank. Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank shall not be liable if a winner fails to receive the notification due to device security settings, or if a winner has provided incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information in the records of Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank.
12. Qualified participants can only win once throughout the entire duration of the promo.
13. In the event a qualified participant wins more than once in one raffle draw, the said participant will receive the higher amount prize
14. Winners must log in to their 24k Loyalty Program online account at https://24k.cebuanalhuillier.com and go to the raffle page to claim their prize.
• For cash prizes, these will be credited directly to the winner’s active Micro Savings account within 30 days upon claiming from the raffle page.
15. Winners have 60 days to claim their prize from the receipt of the notice. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of P.J Lhuillier, Inc. and Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank with prior approval of DTI
16. All employees of Cebuana Lhuillier Bank and PJ Lhuillier Inc its affiliates or subsidiary companies, as well as its representatives or agents and advertising agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity or anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion, are disqualified to join.
17. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts of Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank.
18. P.J. Lhuillier Inc. and Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank reserves the right, with the concurrence of DTI, to reject a participant if he/she is unable to satisfy the conditions set out in this promo mechanics.
19. By entering the Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank, in their sole discretion with the concurrence of the DTI. Decisions made by Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank, in all matters to do with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into with the concurrence of the DTI.
20. All personal information provided by the Cebuana Lhuillier Bank and 24k members in connection with this promo will be used, processed, and disclosed for the purpose of running the promotion and otherwise in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering this Promotion, Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank and 24k members also understand that Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank may disclose information to third parties involved with providing and delivering the Prize to the winners.
21. Cebuana Lhuillier Rural Bank or and P.J. Lhuillier Inc, shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, illness, or bodily injury including death of any customer arising out of participation in the Promotion or the use of the prizes.
22. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all related publicity connected with this Promotion without additional charge or permission.
