3. What username and password should I use?

For new users: You will need to register an account via App or visit any Cebuana branches.
Existing account holders: You can use your existing eCebuana username and password to log in.

4. Will eCebuana App work even in overseas?

Yes, you can still use the eCebuana App overseas as long as you are connected to the internet.

5. How can I activate login via Fingerprint authentication?

Log in using your fingerprint and simply log in to your eCebuana App and nominate a 5-digit device PIN.

6. Is there a fee in using the eCebuana app?

The App is free but usage of the App requires an internet connection, data charges may incur if you are not connected to a WiFi connection.

7. Is using the eCebuana app safe?

To ensure that your mobile banking experience is both secured and convenient, Cebuana Lhuillier Bank employs the latest security measures and technology to eCebuana App.

8. What is my transaction PIN?

Your transaction PIN is the 4-digit PIN you nominated when you opened your Cebuana Micro Savings Account. You will be required to input your PIN to complete your transactions for added security.

9. How can I transfer money with my app?

With eCebuana App, you can now Send Money to your family and friends through:

• Send Money to Any Cebuana Lhuillier Branch
  Generate a Domestic Remittance from your Micro Savings Account which can be picked up at any Cebuana Lhuillier Branch and Agent nationwide.
• Send Money to Other Micro Savings Account
  You can now send money to anyone with a Micro Savings Account. Just input the 12 digit Micro Savings Account Number of your intended recipient.
• Send Money to Other Banks via InstaPay
  You can now send money to other Banks via InstaPay, whenever, wherever. If you’re regularly transferring money to someone, it is recommended that you enroll the recipient’s account.

10. Are there maximum transaction limits to transfer?

Yes, sending money to any Cebuana Lhuillier Branch and other Banks via InstaPay has a limit of PHP 50,000 per transaction; while sending money to other Micro Savings Account has a limit of PHP 5,000 per transaction.

11. Is there a limit as to how many times I can transfer?

Yes, with Send Money to other Micro Savings account, you will be allowed to do up to three transfers per day.

12. What are the loans that I can apply?

• Back2Back
  A Back to Back loan is offered to Micro biz owners who would want to have an emergency fund. Also offered to aspiring Microbiz owners to help them start their business.
• Housing
  Term loan designed for the purpose of acquisition of a residential property. This is also available for refinancing a home loan with another bank / financial institution.
• Business
  A business loan offered to small and medium enterprises to help with their working capital or for purchase of fixed assets, expansion, construction or financing of receivables.
• Microfinance
  A business loan offered to micro-entrepreneurs to help them with their additional working capital needs
