- Clear copy of two (2) valid IDs of borrower/authorized signatory (must be photo-bearing and government-issued)

- Audited Financial Statements (latest 3 years)
- DTI Certificate of Business Registration
- Valid Business or Mayor’s Permit
PARTNERSHIP / CORPORATION

- Authorization Letter for bank check and appraisal
- Clear copy of two (2) valid IDs of borrower/authorized signatory (must be photo-bearing and government-issued)
